Keney Park Pond House use is based on your individual needs. Rental times must include the hours needed to decorate for your event through the start and end time of your event. All functions must be over by 12:00 AM (midnight).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rental Pricing Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The rental price is $500.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With the exception of repasts, a signed application with a $125 deposit must be submitted to the Pond House Coordinator, or designee in order to secure the requested date for use of the facility. The balance is due no later than 10 days before your event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For repasts, the fee must be paid in total, along with a complete application to secure the date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All payments including deposits, must be made in the form of a MONEY ORDER ONLY, and payable to Friends of Keney Park. No cash, debit\/credit card or personal checks will be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To rent the facility, please email your request to pondhouse@friendsofkeneypark.us<\/a> or call (860) 206-4500<\/a> and leave a message. Our coordinator will contact you to advise if the facility is available for you to rent.
